Big announcement! We (as in, my friend Jessie Tuggey and I) are launching a type 1 diabetes podcast next week! We’ve been working hard the past several weeks recording, editing, promoting, and getting it ready for the world.
Jessie is my pseudo daughter (camp daughter) from Panther Camp. I’ve known her for seven years and she’s just as enthusiastic as I am about bringing this show to life to educate not only our listeners, but also each other!
Show Title & Tagline
This is Type 1: Real-Life Type 1 Diabetes with Colleen Mitchell & Jessie Tuggey
Type 1 Diabetes is challenging, frustrating, and life-changing. Each Tuesday, join Colleen Mitchell and Jessie Tuggey, life-long diabetics, as they talk about real life with Type 1, discussing the impact it makes on their lives without defining them. If you have type 1, know someone with type 1, or just want to learn more about this incurable condition, this podcast is for you.
What to Expect
We’re launching with 3 episodes on September 3rd, 2019. After that we’ll be releasing new episodes once a week on Tuesdays!
We’re also planning to have regular guests.
When it’s live, please also subscribe on iTunes or wherever you listen to podcasts—we’ll be listed in Stitcher, Spotify, TuneIn+Alexa, iHeartRadio, and Google Podcasts. Reviews really do make a difference, so please leave a review as well when the episodes are live!
Comments, Questions, Suggestions?
Drop them in the comments here, on the [coming soon] podcast page, or on the show notes posts!
Each episode will launch with show notes that you can find by going to “/episode” and then the number. So episode one will be www.inspiredforward.com/episode1.
We’ll always welcome new ideas, suggestions for episode content, and suggestions for guests for our Type 1 Diabetes podcast!
